Privacy Policy

Launch list. Your email address, and—only if you choose to give it—your mobile number, along with a record of the consent wording you agreed to and the time you agreed.

Creative profiles. If you create a profile, the details you enter: name, business name, city, disciplines, bio, links, images and contact details.

Basic usage. Anonymous counts of directory searches and profile views so we can tell what people are looking for.

To tell you when SUGAR CUBE launches, to run the directory and matching features, to respond to your messages, and to improve the site. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are used only to send the launch alerts you opted into, and are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers those texts on our behalf. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them. See our SMS Terms for the full program details.

Service providers who help us operate the site: our hosting and database provider, our email provider and our text messaging provider. They may only use the information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Information you choose to publish on a public creative profile is visible to anyone who visits that profile.

Launch list entries are kept until launch and for a reasonable period after, or until you ask us to remove them. Consent and opt-out records are kept longer because messaging rules require us to prove consent and to honour opt-outs permanently.

Email hello@getonsugarcube.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to be taken off the launch list. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts immediately.

Information is stored with an established cloud database provider, encrypted in transit, and access is limited to the people running SUGAR CUBE. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

SUGAR CUBE is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
